Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, highly organized, digital project manager to join our team to manage corporate employee communication projects utilizing our FLIMP Platform. Manage content production and updates of customized microsites such as digital postcards, resource centers, and virtual benefits fairs with reporting analytics. This role is also responsible for campaign distributions. Agency-related web project management experience is required as well as the ability to juggle multiple client projects.

A bachelor's degree in media, communications, or a relevant field is helpful. Experience with digital creative project management, microsite or website development and multi-faceted marketing/communications campaigns is required.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative person with exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills who can motivate and lead others in a virtual, entrepreneurial environment while being a good team player. Large corporate account project management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct client-facing opportunity (largely HR client demographic)
• Responsible for the day-to-day well-being of the client relationship
• Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings and reviews
• Collaborate on the design of client communications campaigns
• Problem-solve with designers in a creative and timely manner
• Manage and maintain timelines

Creative project management and content development oversight:

• Manage overall project timeline, logistics and budgets
• Provide visual direction to designers
• Collect and organize vendor invoices
• Work with CRM and PM Tools (we use Zoho and ClickUp respectively) to track progress and keep things organized
• Work with other Project Managers to understand internal and shared-resource bandwidth
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement for agency processes

Client Campaign Services:

• Provide Flimp platform campaign services and support to clients and prospects as needed, including helping PM’s and AM’s with digital postcard production and distribution support, testing, and reporting.
• Act as point of contact for delivery of final campaign and service communications to ensure clients are satisfied with Flimp platform-related products and services, including troubleshooting of technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in media, communications or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in campaign or creative project management, ideally within a small studio or agency setting
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once (upwards of 30-40+ projects during busy season) - efficient time management is a must!
• Direct client and vendor-facing experience is a must

● Bachelor's Degree in media, communications or relevant experience

● 3-5 years of related experience
